Warm Tips
Use this product only as indicated in these instructions or as recommended by your ENT professional.
Only use warm water for earwax removal (approximately body temperature, 98 Fahrenheit). Do Not use cold water or hot water as it may cause dizziness.

4 Steps to Efficiently Solve Your Ears Problem
Step 1：Inserting and Removing Handle
lnsert handle into the center of the knob at the top of the powered earwax remover. You can hear “ka da” if the handle is correctly locked into place. To remove the handle from the main part, pull handle from main part directly.
Step 2：Filling the Reservoir
Open the Flip top water inlet firstly，Gently pull out the reservoir until it is stuck in the slot. Lift the flip top on reservoir and fill the reservoir with lukewarm water, close the Flip top water inlet.
